Request delivery drivers keep space clean

I recently had a delivery driver roll his dolly with supplies up my muddy driveway because he parked far away. Then he rolled said dolly through my living room and into the carpeted room where my dialysis is conducted, leaving a muddy stain on my clean carpet. He could have left the dolly on the wood floor right outside the carpeted room!
