Pay local nurses and technicians enough to stay.

This would get clients in and hooked up on time with fewer mistakes.

    Was told to be there at 11:00 am to be hooked up at 11:20 am. It is usually 11:30 am before they take even take you back. It is bull shit and a shit show most of the time.

    It is so hard on clients and caregivers to give 6hrs for a 3 and a half hr session. Traveling tech's and nurses don't look deep enough into clients orders. My husband was hospitalized because one tech put needles facing each other. Not doing anything but feeding the needle. There for fluid overload.
