Fresenius forgot to tell all Patient Hub users to delete the app on their device. Once you delete the app you can then install the new app. It will look exactly the same including the message that there is an update. In addition, the computer tech told me I could not process my supply until they fix a problem with the new application. May the force be with you :>)
I wish they had kept the website. I love it. It's so easy to use and I don't have to squint at my phone. I hope they will revive the website itself. And yes, I tried to sign into the app and I couldn't. It tells me the same thing. So I'm not sure what's going on, but it's very upsetting. The website was perfectly fine.
