Apparent update is a bust

I get a message to download and install the new app.....there IS NO new app in the app store! I uninstalled and installed again, and it tells me that I need to install the updated app....that doesn't exist!

    Fresenius forgot to tell all Patient Hub users to delete the app on their device. Once you delete the app you can then install the new app. It will look exactly the same including the message that there is an update. In addition, the computer tech told me I could not process my supply until they fix a problem with the new application. May the force be with you :>)

    Fix the log in issues. To access the site I must enter both the email and password instead of just using my fingerprint. Sometimes the the icon for fingerprint is there, sometime it's not. When you are lucky enough to see the icon and select that option, it tells you that you must log in once to use this feature. All of these issues should have been tested before implementing this new website. Totally frustrating for anyone that uses this site.

    I wish they had kept the website. I love it. It's so easy to use and I don't have to squint at my phone. I hope they will revive the website itself. And yes, I tried to sign into the app and I couldn't. It tells me the same thing. So I'm not sure what's going on, but it's very upsetting. The website was perfectly fine.
