Fixes that work

New update with password reset is a bust; do that on the weekend and no technical support kind of sucks.

      It doesn't work again: You do not have access to the Apex class named 'PH_LoginForm'.

      Finally, it worked. The SAP interface and the Windows instructions are the worst for misleading error messages.
