Please fix biometric login

I got a new phone and, for a week now, have not been able to use the biometric login. It keeps saying I need to log in once first, which I do. Then if I go to mobile settings, it is already turned on. If I turn it off, it ask me to set it up. Once I tap that option, the whole app crashes. Then we start all over again.

    Since they made everyone get and log into updated app I have been unable to use biometrics. It is VERY frustrating. I have used biometrics for 5 years before this lame update.

    4/2/25 Biometric log in is still not working. Please fix it asap. Your app offers it, but refuses to accept it even after multiple log ins. I am an RN and cannot check on my husband's labs or important messages while thumb typing I require the fast log in allowed by biometrics.

    Guess who has two thumbs and still can't use either one for biometric login! Give you a hint, it's still me.

    So, is the person that can fix this on vacation or something? I swear every time you all touch this app you end up breaking three other things in the process.

    Still broken. Might be time to have someone else look at the issue, since whoever is doing it now can't seem to fix it.
