Ability to communicate with InCenter staff

We are in the year 2023 and almost all companies offer an option to communicate with their care providers. But Fresenius does not!!

    I have set my preference in the app for only text messages. I have spoken to people over the phone asking for only text messages yet I consistently get phone calls and no text messages. It upsetting and frustrating.
