Ability to communicate with InCenter staff

We are in the year 2023 and almost all companies offer an option to communicate with their care providers. But Fresenius does not!!

Add a drop down with popular places to send new message like support, nurse or supplies. Merged

Currenty you can not add anything to the “To” line in a new message.
