About 1 in 10 flowsheets I enter get lost in your system and I get notified of a missing flowsheet next time online. Reentering data is tedious and annoying. I go back to the Dashboard aftering flowsheet entry, so the problem is not on my end.

I am sick and tired of constantly having to re-submit my flowsheets. I was told to make sure that I check the history each time I submit the flowsheet. I check it every time and it says that it was saved! This is a constant waste of my time. This morning I had to do 2 past flowsheets plus todays. I am totally fed up with this site!
