Customer Service (800-323-5188) Needs an overhaul

Customer Service is abysmally inadequate. The "Let us save your place in line and call you back.." If that works, it is days later. Waiting on line takes hours, if you connect ever. The continuous loop of telling you how great the company is, only adds to your already increasing frustration.
