Not receiving ordered supply changed

order not coming on the date shown. I have two home therapy patients and have found fresenius changes items or deletes them from order. We have been waiting two months for initial order of solution and have been promised this order every week and yet nothing . Called just about every day and nothing going through other departments to try to get through didn’t work. These people do not care about patients or their quality of life. And will lie to you just to make you get off the phone

    ordered 1.5 solution and didn’t receive them this morning when the delivery guy was here. Need ASAP please.
