once again missing items from order

Ordered 2 boxes of tape, got 1 ordered 1 box of pins. covers, end caps, got 0 order gloves and masks and even though they limit 1 box, they don't come. I can't believe that when we make an order, we expect that all items come at once, how are we to fulfill our obligation to our patient without the things we were instructed to use don't show up? Maybe you are understaffed or items on back order, that is not our concern, we agreed to administer dyalisis and told we would be supplied with the proper materials, so where are they? When can we expect them? If you provide a service, then deliver. I should not have to come to a community board to air "your" failures, but I see many more have complaints as well. Some of these items we have to pay extra for out of our pockets and you as a company, have already charged insurance and / or Medicaid/Medicare and we won't be reimbursed for items..
