I am currently trying to view my recent lab results and the message states the system is closed for maintenance? Why would you be doing maintenance at 2:30 in the afternoon? If you are in fact experiencing technical difficulties it should say so. Stating “closed for maintenance “ is extremely frustrating to the patient If that is not the case here.
