Third month in a row Full Lab reports not posted to my PaitentHub for download. Calling tech support onece again. When are they going to correct this???
This is the second month in a row I've had to call tech support to get my latest full lab report loaded on the PatientHub download section. Please correct this process.
Your full lab report should be available in 3-5 days. If it's not up within that window, please contact PatientHub Support at (800) 313-1143
