Make the site user friendly

This website is absolutely ridiculous to use. There has got to be a way to make it easier to use. How about having a second confirmation that the order is ready to submit? That would save a ton of issues!!! I tried to use t he hub to order supplies this month, because customer service refuses to answer calls or call back, and it submitted my order without any bags of fluid, cassettes, or caps. I'm honestly not sure what happened, but the fact that it has been 24 hours and I haven't gotten a call back (my place is STILL being held, I guess) shows very poor service!

    Hello and thanks for the feedback. Step 1 of the ordering process is where you select your items to order and Step 2 is where you review and submit your order. Did you choose the "calculate for me" or the "enter my own amounts" path?
