I already reach out to costumer service at least 10 times for the past 2 weeks explaining I don’t have on my menu the “My supplies” tab to place an order. Already missed my window of ordering my supplies for my dialysis this month and still no solution. They keep telling me that my case is on another department and someone will call me when is fixed. 2 weeks have passed. No one calls and still not fixed. How am I supposed to order my supplies for next month? Case number #268189

I placed my order online as instructed. It was to be delivered 8 Mar 22. It was not. you sent a message to order through my pd nurse. I can’t keep up with what you still owe me and I can’t see the order I placed. Why? The pd nurses are overworked too. Why can’t we place our own orders? This order issue is making me rethink about using this company. Please fix it!
