Why does customer service do not return calls?

Ordered on website January 16th. Noticed later that part of what was ordered electronically is missing. In the absence of an electronic way to correct this and customer service being mute, this is bad patient service

    Add an electronic way to adjust and correct on line orders, make customer srevice more available.
