When an order is placed on the internet, it would be nice to get a confirmation number, or something to say that the order was received.

    Hello, you can see your order number and other details by going to My Supplies and then clicking "My Orders". See screenshot attached.

    Also, if you opt into receiving notifications about your supply orders, you will receive a text and/or email when your order is received. To opt into notifications, please click on Account Information and then scroll down to Notification Settings. If you need help with this, please reach out to PatientHub Support at 1-800-313-1143 for assistance.
