Notification of time and date of supply delivery

My December 31 order was never delivered. I was never notified. It was a holiday weekend. I had to medication from my clinic that should've never happened. Very poor Customer Service. Now I cannot reach anybody on a Sunday even though it says you can't an emergency. I've had two different scheduled delivery times for tomorrow very unfair and no notification..
