Edit and/or verify flow sheets beyond immediate and previous submission

I enter my flow sheets in batches covering a week at a time. There are ocassions when I realize I may have blended two entries into a single submission. The problem is, if I don't catch the problem immediately, I can't correct the entries. To preserve system integrity, logging by user ID can be implemented. Yes, I'm a software developer, including databases.
