You technical support people are not well trained at least that is so for Aubrey and Brian. They were no help to me. I can’t new pw to stick. Have put it in every time. Old pw won’t erase. Your staff doesn’t know how to do that. Brian told me to hold and didn’t come back. Aubrey kept having me do the same thing over and over. So frustrating.
