ability to converse with care team via messaging. GET WITH THE MODERN TECH TIME !!!

it's great to be able to converse with care team and have record of conversation. We are in 2025, and this is modern tech. All my chart apps have the capability and it is wonderful. Phone conversations don't allow for a written record of conversation, plus people forget phone conversations. GET WITH THE MODERN TECH TIMES
