We have the ability to reorder our medications online, perfect. Wouldn’t it be easier for the patient to tell you that they no longer take a medication, medication change and or is on a hold? Some medications are only used as needed and rather than remember to call the nurse, I could check or toggle a response, if it needs approval then call the nurse or however pharmacy contacts nurse. Much simpler for all involved. Also, when the medication refills come up, if you log out and comeback it will no longer show up, until the next day
