How do I reorder a drug? The hub shows a list of meds, but not how to order.

I did not find a way to communicate with anyone about this issue.

    Same issue. Can't refill prescriptions.

    need refill to be done and as stated previously no links to be able to do that. also lost the history of meds that have been refilled. not a very effecient way of informing/helping your patients... sad.

    GOOD JOB!! sure glad that we left other meds from our other doctors where they are with our local pharmacies and not transfer to Fresenius......

    Am experiencing the same issue. Refill Medication link does not link to the prescribed dialysis medications but, rather, just shows a list of all medications. Am unable to refill medications without contacting the staff at the dialysis center. Also am unable to check the shipping data for previously ordered medications.
