I have been a peritoneal patient of Fresenius for over a year. I am wheelchair bound. Since shortening the drain/patient lines I am not able to get to my bathroom for any of my bodily functions! Including washing my hands to disconnect which is causing a health and sanitizing problem. I feel as a group of customers we need more of a voice on the decision thatare made on our behalf. With that being said, we may need to put on grievances on social media to get the results we need.

    I have been informed by the team that they are discussing a fix with and a roll out strategy. Please call customer support at 800-323-5188 to raise your concern and speak with your nurse about additional supplies.
