CASSETTE DRAIN LINE

The new cassettes drain line is 5 ft shorter. This is causing a huge problem with the treatment process. My Mother's bathroom is NOT close to where the cycler is situated. It's unfortunate that someone made this terrible decision. Needs to be reverted to the usual length. Thank you
