I have been informed by the team that they are discussing a fix with and a roll out strategy. If you have any questions please contact your nurse. Thank you.

I just ordered our supplies. On the cassettes description on the web site, it says the patient line AND the drain line are 20 feet long. I just measured the new cassette lines, they are 15 feet. FIVE FEET has been cut off of these lines. That's why neither line will reach like the old ones did. I have to pull the cycler out from the wall at night. If my husband has to go to the bathroom, we have to roll the cycler a bit more to reach the toilet, then roll it back where it was to reach the bed. Sometimes saving money over patient care is not a good idea.

I have a idea FIRE the fool that decided to shorten the hose. wait i know you save a 1.00 and tell me to get a pot to pea in. i guess the saying is true you can teach a person anything BUT common sense

We just opened a new box of cassettes last night & ours are shorter. There is no window to see the drain fluid, the drain tube is shorter & the tube to my husband is shorter. We had to move the cycler to the middle of the bedroom for him to be able to reach the bed & the toilet. And the tubes are not as big around.

We've been on PD almost 10 years. This change in length of tubes for drain and fill has created a headache. CAN'T move the bed or toilet closer together. To accommodate would mean to locate the cycler to the middle of our hallway! Quick solution is to use 2 20' extensions!!! seems like a lot of wasted product
