How is it possible that each time I place an order, something is missing? When I place an order, I am expecting to receive everything missing soap, or gloves, or masks, antibiotic cream,or Drain sponges are the latest. I asked the driver, but he just delivers. Everything is needed to ensure the process is followed according to the procedure in which we were taught, isn't that right? You told us that it was very important to follow the PROCEDURE, but how is that possible if we are not sent the proper materials. Get it together people!!! Maybe we need to reject the order when it comes.....
