Allow results to share with MyChart

Currently all my providers use My Chart and all my test results are there would like to have only one place to show all history including meds and vaccination

    Al my doctor’s from Hopkins uses MyChart.

    Thank you for this feedback. I will bring this idea to the team for consideration. In the meantime PatientHub is a source to track your medications.
