Delete treatment option

lately when I’ve added my treatment and go back to dashboard it doesn’t show it as completed. So then I go and add it in again. Then all of a sudden it shows both treatments for the same day. I can’t find a way to delete one of the treatments.

    The team was able to remove the duplicate treatment record that was created.

    Thank you for reaching out. I will have our team look into this issue as that should not be happening. Has this happened any other times besides Monday?
