Delivery dates

I have had nothing but issues with a reliable delivery date. After multiple request and assurance with customer servic. There is no information available. The delvery persons do a great job once they are sent. It’s just I have to call multiple times to get an order completed. Customer service on the weekend is very limited , if any help at all.
