this is ridiculous to take 7days and still no full lab report. your service is not worth a !!!!!!!!!!

    The full lab report will finalize once all items ordered for that draw are completed. This usually take a coupe of days. If you are still having issues with the full lab report please reach out to Customer Service at 1-800-313-1143.

    the turn around time seems great to me. Maybe just a fluke.

    I am sorry for the delay. Individual lad results will update in the app upon completion the full lab export report requires that all the labs requested at the time be finalized before posting the full report. If you are still having issues with the full lab report please reach out to Customer Service at 1-800-313-1143
