yes please increase the time the patient hum allows you to add data. I increased my time in my device settings but it still locks me out in 5 minutes
It's not the device locking, I already changed those settings. The Patient Hub session times out due to inactivity after about 5 minutes.
Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to our team and PatientHub times out after 60 minutes. IF your device screen is locking prior to that you will need to the adjust the settings within your device. Please reach out to customer support with any question 1-800-313-1143
