internittent failure of the app to register submitted entries.
After successful entry of vitals and treatment the ap fails to record the data.
record entered for the correct date
entries are then Verified
the entries are submitted
the app then provided the option to return to the dashnoard
The app teports all records are up to dare.
the next day the app say no entry was received.

I’m an engineer and I don’t have any issues entering the data for treatments, or verifying the entries and submitting them.
However the app retains no complete record and each submission is then sent to the “cloud” - if anything interupts this transmission the entry is lost. There is a simple solution to this. And this is not an error of the end user. It is an assumption on the part of the program that entry was not submitted.
To resolve this change the program to Store entries on the device and do better handshaking between the app and the cloud server. Then transmit the data.
It is insulting that tech support’s immediate response is that “you must have entered it wrong”. When the problm is a lack of sophistication of the programming and cloud interface.
