Delivery date in Patient Hub is not updating and only shows a 4 to 5 day window. We have to call each month to confirm which day. Seems reasonable to know which (1) day deliveries are to happen. Further, when Fresenius has a truck problem or cannot hit expected delivery date or reschedule the only way we hear about it is if we call- no updates on Patien Hub, no call or text. Same issue if delivery has back order: we don’t know until truck arrives with partial delivery .
