A “Your session has timed out” message keeps popping up when I am trying to log in.

I have had the pop up 8 or more times while trying to log in. Then I have to start over. This shouldn’t be happening at all because I log off each time. It’s a nuisance and a waste of my time.

    Hello, sorry you are experiencing this issue. Are you using PatientHub on the mobile app or on a browser? If you are using the mobile app, please try updating the app. If you are still having this issue, please report it to PatientHub Support at (800) 313-1143.
