The Hub is by far the slowest webpage that I use. My interest speeds are over 600 Mbps, yet the Hub takes forever to load or to change pages, especially on the PC. Maybe not enough bandwidth to handle to patient load?
I always see the excuse that it is "unexpectedly high access (or call) volume, but that just blames in on the patient. You spend lots of money on marketing and doctor sales recruiting; spend some money on server and phone capacity! This is not OUR fault, but the company's fault for overselling it's capacity.

What does ���shipped��� mean? Did you fix your website? I posted a comment OVER 6 MONTHS AGO and now I get a response about the slow website speed as being ���shipped���. Perhaps there is a language issue here?
Please explain.
