Ordering

I’ve been waiting to place my order thru here as your letter suggested but there is no option on the calendar at all. I even tried it on the website itself and still no option. Am I missing something or is there an update I missed? I’ve showed it to my Nurse and she said it is missing and she suggested contacting you directly. Please help.

    @Chase Kruger the ability to order PD supplies through PatientHub exists. There will be a order window that opens and you are alerted when that occurs, if this is not available to you please call Customer Service at 1-800-323-5188. Also there is training guide to walk you through the steps under "Help" in the menu go to "Ordering Supplies"

    We should be able to place supply orders online. The capability is there, you just need to add a cart. We should be able to scan box barcodes with a smart phone, select the amount and submit.

    For issues with supply ordering please call Customer Service at 1-800-323-5188. They will be able to assist with the issue.
