I am not sure how I can help as the message about flow sheets was not from
me and I have not encountered this issue myself.
Good luck, I appreciate the notifications I get via the app that I opted in
for under settings, so thank you for addressing the initial glitch in the
system.

so…I’m reviving far too many messages regarding not submitting my flow sheet on YOUR schedule. Sometimes, if I go to bed later at night and consequently I’m not finished with my 3rd 3 hour drain by the time I’m getting text messages from you, and it is a disturbance that I don’t require. (Since I’ve NEVER missed filing a flow sheet…ever) So, if there is a way to turn them off, that’d be great! Also, I can, and do check my calendar quite frequently, so I don’t need daily reminders that I can start ordering at such and such a date… Wondering is there is a form where I could pick and choose exactly which notifications and reminders that I might fill in, I’m all ears!
Thanks for allowing me to decide just how many I receive during day and night.

Thank you for reaching out. you comment alerted us to a bug in the system that has been corrected you should receive text notifications going forward for Labs and messages from your RN.
Even when notification settings are checked, I have yet to receive any text
messages regarding new lab results or messages
