I cannot turn on notifications via text or email, so don'tknow when my appts are unless I continually log in to the site

    Thank you. but, it does not work. I see the "notifications" for half a
    second and then they disappear. Not enough time to check them. Something is
    wrong. I turned my ad blocker off also, so that is not the issue.

    Thank you for your comment. To turn on email or text notifications you need to go to "Account Information" and then scroll down under "Notification Settings" to select the ones you want to receive.
