Make The Patient Hub App Easier to Navigate

I would suggest centering, enlarging, and bolding the "Menu" button inside the Patient Hub App. I would also suggest making each item under the "Menu" button a bit larger and bolder to make it easier for patients to navigate inside the application. I believe this would increase the number of PD patients willing to use the Patient Hub App for creating flowsheets, viewing their appointments, and placing monthly orders.
