Stop spamming people who are no longer on PatientHub

I left Fresenius, and was no longer a PatientHub user, around March of this year. Continuing to get daily updates from the community web site every time someone replies to a thread I posted in a year ago is getting really stale. If you're going to deactivate my account (as well you should) you could at least keep your SPAM out of my email box as well.
